It was so refreshing (and unique conversely) to find a quality sushi train at an airport terminal called YO! Sushi, and it was appropriate at the time that I was in the mood for sushi while I was waiting for my flight back to Hong Kong for yet another business trip at Terminal 3 at London's busy Heathrow airport.

Great array of seafood choices available; the difficulty was really in deciding what to choose. The soy sauce, spicy ginger and wasabi were in easy reach. The wasabi plant was strong that only a few tiny bites cleared out my sinuses for good. Amen for that.

If you are extremely hungry, you would be better off buying a baguette or some sort of filling pie or sandwich in London, yet the Japanese made way for a mini feast sensation.

There was no need for any hand raising just for a simple glass of water, it was literally and conveniently 'on tap' on a pay per use basis. The cup is nearby, and you can use the tap anytime, and you can drink as much water as you would like on tap, and only an extra pound gets added to the bill if you drink this filtered water from the tap. An establishment that is worth its weight in gold in such a busy airport. Will definitely return.
