They offer a selection of teas, smoothies and coffee alongside a range of salads and sandwhiches, all vegetarian. They have a surprising lack of vegan options with the sandwiches actually so our friend decided to just go for toast.

My girlfriend and I went for the halloumi and mint sandwiches which come with a great selection of salad including chickpeas and couscous. I went for multiseed bread and she went gluten free.

The place is run by volunteers who are associated with the New Kadampa Tradition of Buddhism. The Meditation sessions, offerings and prayer classes take place almost every day here.
