A New Concept in Urban Art
'Four Horsemen' Gordon Cheung - video art outdoors

Urban London meets the wilderness in this new exhibition, which explores the relationship between the natural and the industrial. The Wild New Territories exhibition will feature visual art, media and performance works by emerging, and well known international artists, including Gordon Cheung, Max Kimber, and Jamie Griffths.

It is a world touring exhibition, and can be seen in London at both the Camley Street Natural Park (until 31st October) and The Foundling Museum (until the 16th December).

'Foundling' photograph by Max Kimber

In her art, Gillian Wearing challenges the assumed disconnection between nature and humanity, while Max Kimber's photography depicts unusual scenes of incongruent animal relationships.

At Camley Park you can see an interesting sculpture by Jamie Griffths, who had added interactive audio-visual features to his creation with images projected onto wool hanging from the trees.
