Quaint, charming, rustic, cosy are all descriptions that can be applied to Nottingham's White Rabbit Teahouse. With two locations in the city centre, on Hounds Gate and Bridlesmith Walk, the shop is well-loved for its homemade cakes and traditional afternoon tea. As the
website states, it's a 'traditional style teahouse serving tea and coffee in traditional china'.

I visited most recently on a Saturday, which is typically a busy day for the teahouse. The original location on Hounds Gate was full, so I relocated to the more spacious shop on Bridlesmith Walk. The teahouse is full of eclectic rabbit paraphernalia, displays of colourful teapots, and rows of freshly made cakes, scones, and sandwiches.

In addition to top-quality food, teas, and coffees, the teahouse has a convivial atmosphere full of lively, happy customers and friendly service. If you live in Nottingham or are just visiting, the White Rabbit Teahouse is sure to become a fast favourite.
