Dreams of a white Christmas are rapidly fading when the snow refuses to fall. That's not good news when you run a ski lodge. General Waverly put all his savings into the business, and now he doesn't know what to do. Fortunately for him, two ex-army pals once under his command are on holiday with their girlfriends and decide to put on a show to save the day.
Based on the musical film from 1954, White Christmas: The Musical was adapted for the stage in 2004. The show then went on a UK tour in 2006, and was repeated every Christmas until 2011. Now its back, and this time with brand new cast. White Christmas: The Musical stars former Strictly Come Dancing champion and Top Hat lead, Tom Chambers. It also stars 2004 Strictly contestant, Aled Jones, most famous for his choir boy voice, singing Walking in the Air.
Although you won't hear any reprisals of that song, you will get breathtaking dance numbers and some of the greatest songs ever written by composer Irving Berlin, such as Sisters, Happy Holiday, Blue Skies, and White Christmas.
The show runs from the 8th November - 3rd January at the Dominion Theatre, with tickets costing between £39.50 - £106.25.
