Built in 1770, Morden Park House is a grade two listed building that has been recently refurbished. Part of the Morden Hall estate, the Georgian country house was originally built for the merchant and distiller, John Ewart. Today, the building is used as Merton's register office, and holds hundreds of marriages and civil partnerships every year.
Now that it has been refurbished, the council are hosting a wedding fayre on the 7th October. The event is between 12pm-4pm, and if you are currently planning a wedding, why not go along and get ideas for that special day?
