Walking down South Molton Street in London is always an interesting experience. There are a plethora of shops to look into, and the street itself is a perfect 5-minute cut-through from the busy and bustling Oxford Street through to the exclusive shopping area of Brook Street and New Bond Street. This has been made all the more interesting through the addition of some very colourful furniture.

Though it looks quite Pop Art-ish, the designs are actually the creation of Camille Walala , a French designer, who uses vivid colour to transform areas with her bold geometrical designs. To give the installation its proper name, " Walala Lounge ", is located all the way across South Molton Street, creating a kind of "open-air urban living room" effect, which is not just attractive to the eye, but pleasing to sit on as well, proving instantly popular with passers-by.

Only one thing left to tell you - get yourself there as soon as you can, as this isn't a permanent installation, in fact, it was built as part of this year's London Design Festival, so will be gone within a year of installation - you have been warned!
