Put the pep into Spring
Everyone deserves to be pampered once in a while, and for the last fourteen years that is exactly what the Vitality Show has been doing. Taking place between the 21st and 24th March 2013 at Earls Court 2, the Vitality Show will put the pep into your spring with the best pampering sessions in town.
Leading beauty professionals, health experts, and celebrity guests will take to the stage, providing advice on everything from career breaks to how to dress for your shape. You will also get styling tips in a beauty masterclass, turn your cake decorating skills up a notch in a bakery craft workshop, and be able to enjoy healthy or hedonistic drinks at the juice & beauty bars.
Whether you want to chill out at the lounge, challenge yourself at body boot camp, or find ways to enhance your sex life, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Plenty of coaches from the Women's Sport & Fitness Foundation will be on hand to help you learn different sports such as table tennis, badminton, and rounders (apparently no big knickers are required).
Don't miss out on some special deals like the Premium Yoga Experience; the ninety minute private class will include a free yoga mat and sports bag filled with yoga and fitness products worth over £30.
You'll also get to visit the Day Spa and choose from a range of facial and massage treatments, which include complimentary herbal tea, Champagne, spa slippers, and a goody bag worth over £50.
As well as hedonistic treats, there will also be talks given by expert speakers, giving advice on living a healthy lifestyle, how to tackle phobias, and dealing with stress.
Finally, on the 24th March, X-Factor superstar, Ella Henderson, will be performing live on stage at 3pm. As well as soulful renditions of classic songs, you will also be privy to some of her own latest and exclusive material.
Tickets can be bought in advance or on the door (£2 more expensive). £20 for adults, £8 concessions, £5 on Thursday after 5, and children under 14 go free.
The show will begin on Thursday 21st March between 1:00pm-9:00pm, and the rest of the week will be open 10am-6pm.
