A romantic pop-up experience is coming to Manchester
If you're wondering how to treat your loved one this Valentine's Day, why not ditch the predictable dinner for two? Instead, visit The Valentine's Movie Experience, a pop-up cinema in a themed Manchester warehouse (you just need to find the secret door first).

Too good to share?

Over the Christmas period, I was lucky enough to visit the fabulous Magical Christmas Movie Experience in Manchester. Enjoying The Greatest Showman, complete with tasty food and delicious hot chocolate cocktails, it was pretty heavenly. Now the organisers of this exciting event have stepped it up a notch with the Valentine's Movie Experience....a set up that's just that little bit more intimate. Couples will be able to enjoy listening to a live band playing some romantic tunes, before wandering through a snowy woodland to reach this themed pop-up cinema. Here, you will be able to cuddle up under a blanket with your loved one to enjoy a romantic movie. Why not share some candy floss too, a sure sign of everlasting love.

Visitors can expect a few surprises thrown in during the experience too, with live dancers recreating some of the iconic scenes ... and there's even the chance to declare your love on the big screen too!

There might not be mince pies, but I hope the boozy hot chocolates will be back

All of your favourite romantic movies will be making an appearance between Wednesday 13th February and Saturday 16th February, such as Titanic, Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, The Bodyguard, Notting Hill and Beauty and the Beast. If you fancy celebrating Valentine's with the kids, there's even a Beauty and the Beast Sing-along on the Sunday afternoon.

Don't worry about eating before you go, as there will be plenty of delicious street food on offer, including wood-fired pizzas, a Jamaican BBQ, gourmet burgers and hotdogs. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Most importantly, you will be able to pick up some scrumptious cocktails and hot drinks too.

Scrumptious burgers on offer (might not be great for a first date...they're messy)
