When we eat chocolate, it releases endorphins - our self-producing happy drug - which activates the pleasure centres of our brain, and is considered an aphrodisiac. No wonder it is one of the top selling gifts for Valentine's Day.

But if you were thinking about buying your partner a box of truffles, it is not too late to think again. Why not do something extra special and book a compliments of Green & Black's?

Experience a two and a half workshop between 13th-17th February. When you arrive at My Chocolate , the fun will begin a glass of bubbly, a chocolate fondue, and a strawberry dipping extravaganza. You will then get to sample some of the world's finest chocolates before being bathed in a romantic candlelit 1950s themed kitchen. Craft your own hand-made truffles with melted organic chocolate, and decorate them in gold sugar and crystallised rose petals. These chocolates will then be gift wrapped for you to take home, along with a Valentine's Day goody bag.
