Primrose Hill, as one may not expect, seems to house a female army of yoga loving, health conscious, but-I'll-have-a-wine-in-my -Gucci's mums. They flock by the handful to Regents Park Road for either the regular lunch with their fellow yummy mummy friends or they strap into their latest sweaty Betty onsomble and head to triyoga in Erskine street.

Within this up-market yoga studio, sits a delicious cafe, home to a brilliant selection of nourishing, cold pressed juices and a collection of raw vegan bites, including raw pizza made with cashew nut cheese and tacos.

Upon news of a sunny Sunday to land on the cloudy city of London, a few friends and I decided to don our target sports wear and head to triyoga's cafe for their Sunday selection. I scanned the menu and opted for a Super Green Juice with celery, spinach, wheat grass, apple and one of the raw pizzas.

We packed our purchases and headed to Primrose Hill to enjoy the sun and our treats. I began with my pizza, which had a flax seed base and was layered with spinach, a strategically quartered black olive, cashew nut textured similar to cottage cheese, and varied spices.

That first bite was absolutely delicious and the mix of flavours was something I could get used to. I feel there are three factors that counteract my ability to eat raw on a permanent basis: one, is that I don't have the necessary equipment to produce the items I am after, secondly, I can't afford the appropriate ingredients for what I would attempt to create and thirdly, I would rather take the opportunity to enjoy this lifestyle when I felt like a little health indulgence every now and again, as oppose to on a regular basis.

If you are in the same boat as me, then enjoy triyoga for what it is, a great walk in pit stop for some delicious cold pressed juices, revitalising raw food and some vegan salads and sweet unprocessed treats.

triyoga cafe is open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and also has a communal table to sit at if you would like to dine in, or if this sunny, get a take away box and head over to Primrose Hill and enjoy your meal with a lovely view of London Town.
