There are many people out there who would benefit from a few kind words of advice, but there are even more who would benefit from Therapy. If you find yourself in the Whitechapel area, you might just get the Therapy you need.

Starting out as a designer store in 1999 in Middlesex Street, Therapy added a second branch in Commercial Street, bringing a little bit of fun, and a lot of fashion sense, to the streets of East London.

[ADVERT]Although mainly for men, women also have a look in at the Commercial Street store, with old favourites and up-to-the-minute labels vying for attention from the likes of Adidas Originals, Converse and Stone Island.

It's no ordinary store either, as the slogans around the walls will testify. Plus should you need a bit of a kickstart to get you in the retail therapy mood, they have table football for you to test your reflexes on (the staff will be more than willing to take you on, should you need an opponent), and you may even be able to snag a sneaky beer if your lucky too.

Now I know this is already enough to get you looking through your wardrobe to see what needs replacing, but it's time to seal the deal. Should you go down to the basement you will find a great collection of sample sale bargains, allowing you special products for way-more-than-generous prices. Get yourself something special, without feeling the bank manager may be on the phone as you pin in your debit card number.

There's always something going on at Therapy, so maybe you need to make it your goal to go get some this weekend, or the next, or the next.


As a postscript to this piece, I have seen that the shop on Commercial Street is having a big refurbishment sale, so what better time to get yourself along there?
