Tucked away behind St Paul's Cathedral is The Wren Tavern, a new pub honouring the renowned architect Sir Christopher Wren. The Wren Tavern is part of London's leading premium pub and dining group Urban Pubs & Bars, which is known for the likes of The Ganton Arms in Soho, The Gatehouse in Highgate, and Salt Yard in Fitzrovia.
The Wren Tavern prides itself on being a pub with a difference. While this establishment does offer the typical pub experience, it also features an exclusive whiskey lounge and speakeasy cocktail bar called 5cc in the basement. Here you can find a unique selection of artisan cocktails, specially crafted by skilled mixologists.

In terms of food, the chefs aim to use plenty of flavour in their dishes. Lunchtime visitors can choose from sandwiches (including haddock fish finger and chicken parma), flatbread, or other light bites. Don't miss pub classics such as sausage & mash, fish & chips, and burgers, which are also available for dinner.
With its inviting atmosphere, delicious food and unique offerings, The Wren Tavern is bound to become a popular destination for lunch meetings and post-work drinks. On Thursday nights there will be an in-house DJ to get you in the mood for the weekend. Throughout the year, expect plenty of live sports showings, as well as Christmas events.
The Wren Tavern is currently open from 11am to 11:30pm on Monday to Saturday. The nearest stations are Bank, Monument, St Paul's, Mansion House and Cannon Street.
