Sainsbury's supermarket love to get kids active. Often when at the till, I get asked if I would like active kids' vouchers. These are vouchers that allow schools to buy sports equipment, and get children enjoying their sports lessons more.

Now Sainsbury's are branching out a little further; they want to encourage everyone to get active in their 2014 Sports Relief Games , which will take place between the 21st-23rd March.

Choose to run, swim, or cycle, then find a location near you where an event is taking place. You could even end up at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park . There is a registration fee to cover the costs of running the event, but at £6-£25 for adults or £3-£5 for children, it is a lot less than many other fundraisers.

Once you have registered, you will be able to start gathering sponsorship. You can download a form to collect in person or set up a Just Giving Page to raise money online. Sports Relief have loads of #sponsorship_tips ">tips and ideas on how to get sponsors. For example, you could run a sweepstakes where people guess your finish time.
