Even though there hasn't been a sport team in Falmouth worth cheering for, that is apart from Falmouth Falcons who take Quidditch very seriously; there has always been The Moor. If you ask anyone in this small town of Falmouth about anything, chances are that more often than not they would point you in the direction of The Moor. It's the go to place if you want to shop, if you want to eat or if you want to go clubbing or catch that last bus to Tremough.



The Moor has all the big names in its vicinity, including a big Tesco, Domino's, Wetherspoons, two Indian Cuisine restaurants in Asha's & Gurkha's, Italian Prezzo restaurant and a few good bars that are flocked by students on any given night.



The Moor is the focal point of the town and there is also a farmer's market in the square every Tuesday.

A little to the south of The Moor is the high street which has many super stores and eateries.
