One of the best free "festivals" is back for its fifth year in London. Whilst the iTunes Festival may not be able to class itself as a traditional festival because it is spread out over an entire month, it is almost unheard of to be able to see some of musics biggest acts for absolutely free.


Each year since its inception in 2007, the festival has grown, and bigger and bigger acts have performed at the Roundhouse Center. There will be 60 acts performing over the 30 nights of September, with something for everyone provided.

The acts that have been announced already for this year vary greatly in their appeal. For the teenage girls out there One Direction will be making an appearance (sorry for stereotyping but nobody else would admit they like them, even if they do), for those who enjoy guitars, drums and general rock 'n' roll there's Noel Gallagher and Jack White (formerly of White Stripes fame), and people who just enjoy the simple pleasures pop music will be appeased with the likes of Usher, Ed Sheeran and Emile Sande.


With many more acts due to be announced in the near future there really will be something for everyone lucky enough to win tickets. To enter all you have to do is to click here and pick which ticket you would like to enter in for.

The Roundhouse is one of the best venues for music and it has pedigree in the form of performances by Jimmy Hendrix and T-Rex back in the mid sixties. You never know, one of the performances this year may even live up to these legends!

You have nothing to lose if you enter the competition, and you could become very popular with your friends if you were to win a pair of tickets. So good luck, it isn't everyday everybody gets the chance to see their favourite acts for free!
