A contemporary pub with traditional values, The Glasshouse in New Malden is run by Matt Dellappia, an Aussie who has worked in some of the finest restaurants and with some of the finest chefs, including Michel Roux, Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, and Tom Kerridge.

The Glasshouse hosts regular events, such as wine dinners, opera dinners, beer festivals, live music, and quizzes. Next on its schedule is a summer garden party on the 13th & 14th June. Join them for the official opening of their sheltered garden, where there will be refreshing summer drinks, and delicious barbecue food. There will also be a support of Born Too Soon neonatal unit at St George's Hospital.

Friday's festivities will begin at 5.30pm with the launch of the garden bar, while on Saturday the fun will start from midday with outdoor games and children's activities. There will be a special brunch, and cooking demonstrations from Head Chef Lionel Jouanet.
