I have been to my fair share of pub quizzes in London. Maybe even won one (or two) on a good night. So I am delighted that there are new Pub Quiz Queens in town. Meg and Charlotte are the creative brains (and beauty) behind with no bore-fests in sight.

Join them for the first 'Thirsty Thursdays' booze-up of 2018, downstairs in the Cellar Bar at The Water Poet E1 6BX on Thursday 25 January 2018 from 6.30pm to 10pm (with kick off at 7.15pm). raises money for charity while ignoring dry January and having (quite) a few beverages with their light-hearted, booze-orientated quiz. Win-win.



What can you expect?
Expect blind drinks-tasting (the drinks are blind not you - or not yet) , a bit of general knowledge here and there (definitely not boring bits), and a few creative rounds plus many a bonus round with drinks related prizes and more alcohol fuelled questions than you can shake a drink at. Good knowledge of beer brands and other obscure things, is useful. Creative skills, are a plus. A love of booze, is definitely required. The clue is in the name and venue of the quiz.



Prizes include a large bar tab for the night, Champagne, and many, many drinks. Cost is only £25 per team of 6. Please book a table using this link here .

Meg and Charlotte will also host quizzes for Private Events and Parties including blind tastings, creative rounds, general knowledge and whatever else you fancy. They include two professional quiz masters who write your quiz, especially for you and host on the night; equipment, props and materials such as handouts, answer sheets and pens; as well as prizes such as champagne for winners plus booby prize for the losers. They can cater for groups of 30 to 80 persons for work events, corporate team building, general parties or whatever excuse for a party you can dream up.
