If you go down to Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice on the 24th August, you're sure for a big surprise. For every Build-a-Bear that ever was built is certain to be there because because it's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.

Every child who has been good is sure of a treat that day; there's lots of marvelous things to eat and wonderful games to play. Beneath the gingerbread house Hansel & Gretel will seek out lots of sweets for as long as they please; that's the way to have a picnic.

They'll meet Peppa Pig, enjoy the bouncy castle, perform baby bear ballet, have a barbecue, and at four o'clock Mummy and Daddy can take them home because they'll be tired little teddy bears.

Tickets for this fun day out is £3 for children and 50p for all accompanying adults. All money raised will go to the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice.
