As part of the Late at Tate Britain series, the Museum welcomes you to explore art after hours through a 4-course tasting menu. The menu brings you on a tour of the fashion capitals of the world, all matched with a mouth watering wine.

Canapés
Barcelona - Grilled prawns, chorizo oil and parsley
Rome - Suppli all Romana, grated pecorino
Milan - Grilled polenta, gorgonzola, walnuts

Starter
Paris - Fois gras, chardonnay Jelly, brioche

Main
Shanghai - Fish Dim Sum, pickled cucumber, plum sauce
London - Steak and ale pie, parsley liquor

Dessert
New York - New York Cheesecake
