I had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic bar/restaurant/shisha lounge recently, which is situated in Hayes. The place is relatively new and has become a good entertainment spot for Hayes.

A few of the drinks at Tamara Lounge
Tamara Lounge has ample parking facilities - it has a car park, which does get very full and there is a side road which you can park down, but it does get very busy. Depending on what time you arrive there, there are bouncers at the door who do ID checks on everyone, as there is a bar inside.
On arrival, the place was full, there was a small dance floor in the corner, and a bar, and a restaurant which has very comfortable seating. The bar prices are quite high, more than pubs I would say, however they do have a fantastic cocktail menu and do serve some of the best cocktails I have ever tasted. The bar staff are friendly and quick with your orders.
The food is quite expensive and on busy nights you do have to wait a while, but the food does taste quite nice. They have a mixture of Indian and Chinese food.
Next door is a Shisha lounge, where you can smoke Shisha and have desserts. It does get very crowded in there, but again after a certain time, there are bouncers who patrol, so you rarely do get trouble makers.
The music that is played is a mixture of RnB, Hip-Hop and Bhangra. You can even have a quick dance to work of your meal. The best time to go is Friday or Saturday, as that's when the place is very live and the place is open till about 2am.
Overall a 7/10.
