Fancy rugby but not the cauliflower ears? Why not Try Tag Rugby? The London 2013 Championships are on the 17th August at West Ham Memorial Recreation Grounds, and anyone is allowed to enter.

As well as a Champions League tournament for Super League and A Grade finalist teams that have already been competing throughout there year, there will also be a mixed beginners, mixed intermediate, and men's competition. You can put a team together and register for 170 or sign-up as an individual for 20 you will be teamed up with other individual registrars).

If you're not interested in playing, you can always go to watch. Kick off starts at 11.30am, and it has been announced that the Tongan over thirties national team will be playing as special guests as part of their UK tour.

Mixed beginners, intermediates, and men's teams will compete in a round robin format before being split into categories to win either a cup, plate, or bowl. After the awards ceremony, there will be a party in the marquee with DJs, food, and a fancy dress party. The theme is to come dressed as anything starting with the letter 'T'.
