Less than one month to go till the 10th edition of Supersonic Festival, the event that keeps the truly meaning of underground alive!
October is that special month when people around the planet gather together in Digbeth to enjoy three days of art, music, exhibitions, workshops, crafting and obviously, cakes.
As one of the most traditional and respected events in the Birmingham's calendar, Supersonic is held at Custard Factory, a traditional and well-known space for cultural and art performances in the city.
From Avant Jazz to Grindcore, Supersonic is famous for presenting the best of eclectic and at its 10th birthday, the event's line-up is something to look forward already.
The virtuous music of Rangda; industrial experimentalism of Modified Toy Orchestra; a walking tour to track the history of Black Sabbath; screen printing workshops and an installation signed by one of the Sonic Youth's mentors Kim Gordon are just a sample of what Supersonic 2012 is going to bring to the audience.
Tickets for the festival cost between £20-£35 for a single day and £ 85 for the weekend.
