Get your youngsters moving early with a series of drop in courses run by the Stratford Circus theatre company. Although they may not be as sensational as Fred & Ginger, babies can get their groove on too. Baby Dance classes run until the 4th April on Friday mornings, 10am-10.45am. It is suitable for babies 3 - 12 months old, when accompanied by a parent or carer. Classes are £6 and provide a sensory and rhythmical experience.

Once your baby has started toddling, they can join the Toddler Jam for £3 a session. Running on Wednesdays until the26th March, 10am-11am, it is a chance for 1 - 3 year olds to take a musical journey. There will be dancing and singing to o child-friendly versions of reggae, folk, pop, rock 'n' roll and world music. Tunes will range from Nursery rhyme such as 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' to The Beatles's 'Twist & Shout'.

Toddlers from 2 - 4 years old can also drop in for a Acrobatics and Acrobalance class on Saturdays between 9.30am-10.30am. These take place on Saturday for £7. They will learn the foundations of acrobatics, such as rolling, and balance skills through fun and challenging games.

Additionally, there is a class for 5 - 8 year olds held immediately after. Children will be able to gain confidence, and improve their motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength.
