Get ready for a fang-tastic time this October half-term at Tropical World with the Spooky Skeleton Safari. You and the little ones can wander through the indoor zoo while searching for creepy critter skeletons tucked away in the mangroves and rainforest. There's a keeper talk every day at 2 PM in the Activity Room, so you'll have a chance to pick up some spine-chilling facts about your favourite spooky beasts. Kids can also have a go at some crafty activities, and there's a shop packed with ghoulish toys and a café serving up Halloween goodies—think stone-baked pizzas if the weather is feeling generous.

But wait, there's more: download the Love Exploring app to conquer the Halloween Trail in Canal Gardens, because who doesn't love a good treasure hunt? Plus, there's a new sculpture trail in Roundhay Park showcasing some seriously impressive carved beech trees by local artist Shane Green that you won't want to miss. And if you've got little ones under three, they get to tag along for free, which is about as scary as a kitten. So, grab your skeleton buddies and come out for an adventure that's more fun than a barrel of ghosts.
