Lindsay Lohan is getting ready to make her theatre debut in Speed-the-Plow at the Playhouse Theatre.
Lohan began her career at the age of just three, as a child model, but her most famous role is probably as Annie and Hallie, the twins from Disney's The Parent Trap (1998). She went on to star in many more Disney films, such as Freaky Friday (2003), Mean Girls (2004), and Herbie (2005). Since then, she has moved on from family films, and is now looking to hit the West End.
In Speed-the-Plow, which opens on the 24th September, Lohan plays Karen, a temporary secretary for Hollywood hot shots, Bobbie Gould and Charlie Fox. Charlie bets Bobbie, he can't get Karen to sleep with him, but Karen isn't anyone's pawn. She has her own tricks up her sleeve.
The play has a limited run until the 29th November, with tickets costing £32 - £113.
