B. Cole & Sons Family Fairground are returning to the Common for the annual Easter Fair . The Common will be transformed with rides, sideshows and food vendors for 11 days of funfair festivities from Thursday March 29th till Sunday March 8th. The fair will be open throughout the Easter bank holidays and through till the end of the first week of the Easter school break.



The rides are always one of the biggest drawcards of the fair. There are classics like the ghost train, teacups, and bumper cars. Younger kids can have a lot of fun on the bungee trampolines and the inflatable slides, while thrill seekers will likely be lining up for the Gravity Wall and Oxygen. Thursdays are 'Crazy Price' days where all rides (except for Oxygen) are only £1 a ride. In the lead up to the fair, you can also enter a competition to win some free ride vouchers.



As well as rides, there will be some classic sideshow games like shooting for ducks and tin can alley. Win some giant stuffed toys before filling up with candy floss, popcorn, slushees, and a whole manner of fried treats. The popular Bank Holiday Monday Market is also back on Easter Monday from 10am-9.30pm.

The Easter Fair is open from 1pm till 9.30pm. Car parking is limited and is restricted to regular parking zones; there will be no car parking on the Common. Entry to the fair is free and junior rides range from £2-£3 while regular rides range from £2.50-£4.
