South West Four Dance Festival
This summer sees the return of the biggest house music and bass festival in London for its tenth anniversary and promises to be bigger, better and 'bass-ier' than ever.
When and Where?
Bank holiday weekend in August 2013 (24th & 25th) will make for an essential diary date for all dance music lovers and play host to some of the worlds most renowned DJs and producers and with this year being the tenth anniversary it would be fair to say the line up is something special. The festival kicks off at midday through till 10pm on Clapham Common, with plenty of local hotels and public transport for ease of access nearby.
Whilst the full line up is yet to be announced, rest assured big names and underground DJs alike will make themselves heard during this mammoth weekender. Confirmed acts include Carl Cox, Example, Sander Van Doorn and Nicky Romero to say the least... Now you don't need to be a house music snob to enjoy this festival, as the ticket price includes entry to several stages to suit different musical tastes, so there is plenty to see. However, it would be safe to say if you don't fancy rubbing shoulders with fellow muddy dance music lovers, donning the usual converse and bottom baring shorts then this festival is probably not for you.
Unlike other summer festivals SW4 is relatively small with a capacity of a measly 20,000 reserved for the most hardcore of fans, but you will find an unrivalled atmosphere and exclusive performances making for an unforgettable experience.
