While in London, my boyfriend was kind enough to call upon several friends of mine and surprise me. I was taken to the Natural History Museum (one of my favourite places in London) and then swept off for dinner.

You may worry about eating out in Kensington (I know I was as a Northerner who is used to budget trips out), but Sole Luna is the perfect spot if you don't want to splash out too much, yet crave quality food.



Soups, salads and mixed antipasti dishes are available as starters, as well as several different kinds of garlic bread. For main, I chose a seafood risotto (although I was tempted by the diverse range of pizzas). You will definitely be spoiled for choice as the menu is just so full, our group to ages to decide! The food itself was very authentic, and those who have been to Italy will recognise it as such, those who haven't, well, this gives you the best taste possible!

Students and those on a budget ought to be wary of the 10% service charge automatically added to the bill. However, for Italian food which is not only great tasting, but the most authentic I have had yet in England, this is well worth it.
