Found in Inverness High Street, So Coco is a café specialising in all things chocolate. They are especially known for their Spanish churros, which come with a variety of different dipping sauces. In addition to this, they also provide catering services for events such as birthdays, business lunches or weddings.



They do offer savoury foods (with their croque croissant usually being my go-to order), but on this visit, we focussed on the sweets. Their hot chocolates are served in glass mugs with the insides coated in melted chocolate and they are utterly delicious.



While serving up a variety of sweet foods, such as waffles, cakes, and scones, So Coco's main draw are their Spanish churros. The long, thin pastries are served with your choice of decadent melted white, milk, or dark chocolate, or - alternatively - with caramel sauce. Baked to perfection - and with melted chocolate to accompany them - these delicious treats will have you riding a sugar high for quite some time after you leave the restaurant.



With so many sweet and savoury dishes to choose from, So Coco is heaven for chocolate fans and heathens - eh, I mean, those without a sweet tooth - alike. Although saying that, the chocolate fans will probably have more fun.
