Snow Mouse is a coproduction between the
Traveling Light Theatre Company and Theatre Royal Bath's
the egg, bringing a magical Christmas production to theatres around the UK. Snow Mouse will be at the
Salisbury Arts Centre from January 5th till January 7th. The show is perfect for babies and small children, delivering a magical performance to delight even the youngest audience members.
Snow Mouse tells the story of a small boy, who steps outside to magical snow covered world. He is feeling a bit lonely until a noise draws his attention to a small mouse sleeping in the snow. Their new found friendship sees them adventure through the snow. The snow is a mixture of theatre and puppetry, with the show's lead playing both the little boy and controlling the Snow Mouse puppet.
Designed for babies and small children, Snow Mouse is barely half an hour long, which seems the perfect amount of time to keep the children entertained before their minds start to wander. Tickets are £9 for adults, £8 for concessions and £30 for a family of 4. As this show is designed for children under 3-years of age, children must purchase a concession ticket rather than following the Salisbury Art Centre's usual babes in arms policy.
The Salisbury Arts Centre is on Bedwin St in Salisbury. It's around 25 miles outside Southampton, or a 35 minute drive. The show runs over 3 days, with three performances available each day.
