Camden is a place to indulge, whether it be rave-esk, futuristic fashion at Cyber Dog or a tattoo on every viable exposed piece of flesh, Camden is the place to go.

Amongst the bevy of market stalls is a dime of a find called Smoke-N-Roll . Now, I can't even say that name without salivating onto the keyboard. This is by far one of the best food stalls at the Camden Markets. I know that is a big call, but I am making it.

Smoke-N-Roll at Camden Markets is run by two super friendly chaps, one called Ruggiero and another called Marino. Now they know how to do brisket.

Once you head over to the stall you will notice a line forming, but do not let this deter you. You will be greeted with a smile and before you know it your order will be placed and within two minutes in your hands and just as quickly down the hatch.

Choose between two meats, BBQ beef or BBQ pork. Or mix it up by asking for a little from column b and a little from column p for a truly mouth watering experience. Once you have selected your meats it is onto the sauces. You have a selection of condiments ranging form traditional ketchup to a berry mustard (a must), along with sundried tomatoes, gherkins and grilled onions. Absolute heaven.

Once your pocket of flavour is made and you have parted with your coin, you can sink your teeth into the flavoursome handful. Working your way through all the salty and sweet flavours is a treat and one that will have you dreaming of bedtime brisket.
