SHE: Polo / Loux / Sequin Sally

Come and support women in the music industry at this night of new talent and great music.



The music industry is notoriously difficult to break into, that is why it is great to see established music venues supporting new artists and promoting raw talent. SHE is a music night with a difference it is all about promoting female musicians just starting out in this difficult industry. The event showcases their work and gives them a platform to share the music they have been working on with this friendly crowd. This event will host three of the best newbies around Polo, Loux and Sequin Sally. This line up will share their contemporary music and original songs. Polo are a band from Leeds who will be headlining the show. Their music style is described as alternative, electro-pop so if this is the type of music you like be sure to check out the show. Supporting the band are Loux, who play beautiful atmospheric music. There will also be support from Sequin Sally, who perform 'dream pop', this Manchester based band will be playing in their home town so be sure to come and support the local artists from the North West.

Taking place on Tuesday 16th January at Jimmy's NQ tickets cost only £4 advanced or £5 on the door, with discounts for students, making it a great, cheap mid-week night out. The event takes place between 7pm and 10.30pm, with plenty of tickets available on the night feel free to turn up on the night. If you are looking for something fun to do but don't want to wait until the weekend this is the event for you!

Jimmys NQ is a great Manchester venue showcasing some amazing musicians. Located in the trendy Northern Quarter this pub is everything you would expect from this cool location, welcoming, trendy and with great staff this is a brilliant space to spend time in Manchester. The fact that they are showcasing new music talent and giving visitors the chance to discover emerging artists is a bonus.
