This fast food American chain, often compared to Burger King, settled in London in 2013. As it is in a very touristic area, the queue can discourage you - but give it a try.
After ordering, the cashier hands you a controller that will vibrate when your tray is ready. After ten minutes, my buzzer woke up. I was able to get my burger, cheddar fries and lemonade all for 15 pounds. Then I took a seat on a wooden table from the small terrace at the back of the restaurant, where it was less noisy.
The burger was very good with steak, creamy cheddar cheese, grilled and crispy bacon and juicy and spicy pepper sauce. Only the bread - a bun without sesame seeds - was a bit too soft for my taste. The fries were also crispy, although a little drowned in the cheese. And the lemonade was fresh and not too sweet. Yum!
There is a very large platform in the middle of the Covent Garden Market just for the restaurant but also a large number of tables outside under the arcades of the market. The furniture is rather uncomfortable but the place is nice and the atmosphere was cheerful. While waiting for my order, I was amazed by the abundance of staff! There was an army of cooks in the kitchen and staff outside was omnipresent with the tables always perfectly clean.
