A Murder Mystery in Secret Locations
The one thing about a murder mystery that you can be sure of is that it is seeped with secrets, intrigue, excitement, the unknown, and last but not least, the final discovery when the truth is discovered.
That is kind of what Secret Cinema is like as well. It is a growing, but hush-hush community of cinema lovers who want to experience film in new and exciting ways. And what better way than to keep the location of the screening a complete secret until the very last minute. Where will you end up? Who knows?
The next film Secret Cinema is showings fits in perfectly with this theme. Grand Budapest Hotel is a British-German comedy drama directed by Wes Anderson. It recounts the story of Zero, a lobby boy at hotel in the Republic of Zubrowka, who is accused of the murder of Madame D.
After his mentor, Gustave helps him escape prison and prove his innocence, Zero returns to the hotel, only to find it has been ravaged by war. Can he bring the Grand Budapest back to its former glory?
