Do you love pasta? Is the Italian staple one of your favourite meals? If so, then this event is an ideal experience for you. Learn the tricks of the trade and the secrets behind the perfect pasta at this cooking masterclass. Making a meal has never been so much fun.



Taking place at Salvi's Mozzarella Bar , the masterclass is a chance for you to learn the cookery secrets from the restaurant's chefs. At the event, you will learn how to make an authentic Italian pasta. Once you have mastered this classic, you won't want to go back to shop bought again. During this fun class, you will make a pasta dough from scratch and then turn it into classic shapes all by hand. Many people have never attempted to make their own pasta but the simplicity of it and the delicious taste will convert you to the home cooked version. If this wasn't enough, on arrival you will enjoy a glass of prosecco and an antipasti platter to enjoy. After you have been taught to cook, it is your turn to be wined and dined in style. The staff will make you a meal for you to enjoy while you relax after a hard evening cooking.

There is no better place to learn to cook Italian cuisine than Salvi's. This family-run business is passionate about authentic food. The owner, Maurizio, started with a Deli at the Corn Exchange selling delicious food and the business has grown from there. At the cooking class, you will be taught by the man himself, where you can experience how passionate he is to bring authentic Neapolitan cuisine to the North West of England.

The restaurant is located in Manchester's Corn Exchange home to several eateries. The classes run monthly with January's taking place on Tuesday 9th January from 6pm until 9pm. Costing £65 per person, this is an amazing deal considering you get to both cook and eat food made by award-winning chefs. After this fantastic experience, you may find it hard to go back to just eating at a restaurant. Classes can be booked online. Please note you will need access to a printer as an email confirmation will be sent to you which you bring along to the class.
