Where better to kickstart the commencement of the Christmas celebrations than in the delightful surroundings of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the heart of the Second City. The specialist learning centre, which provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in music and acting, is staging its annual Christmas Carol Singalong on Monday 11 December at 1pm. The highly anticipated festive event will take place within Bradshaw Hall at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in Jennens Road. And to make the seasonal get-together even more of an attraction, admission to the carol singalong is free, although advance booking is required.

The lunchtime carol singing, which is directed by R Isaac Boulter, provides the ideal opportunity for people from all over Birmingham and beyond to fully immerse themselves in the festive spirit in the run-up to Christmas. The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire’s gifted performers will bring to life an array of Christmas carols from timeless well-loved classics that warm the heart to new-found favourites and hidden gems in a concert of tradition, talent and the timeless magic of Christmas.
