The award winning musical, The Rock of Ages , not only appears to be a hit with critics, but also comes with the Alice Cooper seal of approval, who called it a 'great experience'. If a rock legend like him thinks it is worthy of seeing, then who am I to argue?

The musical's success should not exactly be a surprise, especially when it features all time favourite power ballads from the 1980s such as I Want to Know What Love Is, The Final Countdown, and Can't Fight This Feeling.

The Rock of Ages celebrated over five-hundred performances at Shaftesbury Theatre, but now it has moved to the Garrick Theatre, and is taking booking until November 2013. Ticket prices a much cheaper than at Shaftesbury and are between £25-£65, saving you about £25 depending on seating. You can choose either a 7.45pm evening performance or a 3pm matinee.
