Have you ever wanted to be like Mary Lennox? I don't been the bad attitude and temper tantrums, but rather to have your own Secret Garden, where you can grow your own beautiful flowers, fruit, and vegetables?

Well the Royal Horticultural Society has everything needed to get you started. If you want to become known as The Green-Fingered God or The Greenhouse Crusader, then your first port of call should be the RHS Secret Garden, which is open every Sunday between 10am-4pm until September in the Horticultural Halls on Vincent Square.

Entry is free and will provide you with everything you need to grown and east your own season produce. The market will feature local and independent food producers such as the Espresso Mushroom Company, who grow mushrooms using used ground coffee. There will also be The Herb Society, The Honest Carrot, and The Juice Shack. If you're more interested in flowers, then look out for Blueleaf & Swallowfields, who grow eye-catching and unusual scented plants for small urban gardens, and Daisy Roots, who specialise in perennials.

There will be lots of other artisan produces as well, such as The Cake Hole, Flour Power, Mud Food, Cannon & Cannon, and companies that make art for the garden, like Southbank Mosaics, and Woodenzone.
