Kicking off on 25th September, the 12-day movie extravaganza will be entertaining audiences with around 100 feature films and more than 150 short films, all screened at the Apollo Cinema in Piccadilly Circus.
What makes this independent film festival particularly special is its carefully chosen mix of productions by not only established names but also rising stars in the industry.
Dramas and documentaries, low budget and high, the Raindance Film Festival includes UK as well as international premieres, so you can expect to see some big names in attendance. Past guests have included the likes of Quentin Tarantino, Christopher Nolan, Ken Loach and Armando Iannucci.
Described by Variety magazine as one of the world's top 50 "unmissable film festivals", the Raindance Film Festival – noted by many for its enthusiastic support and promotion of independent movies and moviemakers – is once again set to delight and entertain everyone from the dedicated film fan to the casual moviegoer.
