Quarter Life Crisis is a one-woman show from London-based actor and playwright,
Yolanda Mercy. Her show blends spoken word with music and audience participation. After premiering at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017, Quarter Life Crisis will be showing at Nuffield Southampton Theatres' City Studio on June 28th at 7:45pm.
Quarter Life Crisis is a story familiar to many people in their mid-twenties - when exactly does being youth end and being an adult begin? Alicia is 25-year-old Londoner; while her friends seem to be off getting married and having babies she's still swiping right on Twitter and trying to figure out how to keep getting cheap tickets on the tube. It is written and performed by Yolanda Mercy, who says the inspiration for Alicia comes from her own experience, those of her friends, and of course, a bit of fiction thrown in.
Tickets are £14, or £10 for concessions. You can purchase tickets from the
NST website. For more information head to Yolanda Mercy's
