Sally has been writing family style articles for newspapers since 2000. She wrote for the Citizen Newspaper in Gloucester from 2000 to 2003 and hosted an interview chat show for Forest of Dean Radio from 2003.

Sally is also an actress, voice over artist, broadcaster and teacher.
