Play Kidds in Swinton is the place to go to keep your children entertained. Finding places to take children to at the weekends and school holidays can be hard, so it is nice to find an activity centre with lots of things on offer to excite your little ones.

Situated on Moorside road in Swinton right next to Moorside train station it is easy to find Play Kidds. The play centre has a great atmosphere with a whole range of interesting things for children to do. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by decorations and friendly staff, the music is playing and there is a happy, fun feeling. Children will instantly want to dance and play. There are giant slides, ball pools and lots of space to explore in the towered structure. Right in the middle of the room is an area for younger children with lots of exciting and interactive toys. The play areas are padded allowing children to explore in safety as we all know children have no sense of danger. Colourful and bright the play centre is a wonderland for kids, they will simply adore being here! Older children will enjoy the maze like structure with many obstacles for them to enjoy, there is also an area to play with footballs and basketballs for sport mad youngsters. There is a small sensory room which makes this space special as young children can learn and play and enjoy the interactive equipment.

This is the perfect place for birthday parties. Fun themes can be added to the parties including Minions and Frozen which most children will love. There are loads of great packages to choose from with something to suit every price range. Parties include time in the play centre, food and entertainment.

The sensory room is a special place. It is designed to help stimulate the senses of babies helping them learn. There are lights, sounds and objects. All babies can use the room but it is particularly helpful for children with a variety of conditions as it stimulates the senses and is a new and different way to learn.

There is something for the adults, too, with a cafe serving breakfast and lunch options. Entry fees are also reasonable with the most expensive price being £4.50 for children over 3 years old, two adults can get in free and the prices are cheaper in term time and weekdays. The price includes two hours general play which is more than enough time to tire out your little ones. This is something different to do with children and they will love the fun atmosphere. There is car parking at the play centre and if you are travelling by bus make sure to keep your ticket and show it at the reception desk as you can get £1 off your entry fee. Play Kidds is a friendly and fun place for families, add it to your list of things to do to keep your children entertained.

There's lots of time to play here, the centre is open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. Find the Play Kidds at 345 Moorside Road, Swinton, M27 9HH
