London rapper Plan B (AKA Ben Drew) is hitting the LG Arena in Birmingham next year.

Following his headline gig at last week's iTunes Festival the multi-talented artist confirmed details of an 11-date headline UK arena tour which sees him play in the city on February 8.

Ben started as a hip hop artist when he released his debut album Who Needs Actions When You Got Words.

His second number 1 selling album, The Defamation of Strickland Banks was more of a soul number, and since then he has kept busy by releasing iLL Manors - the movie, filming a BBC3 documentary and now stars in a remake of The Sweeney with British actor Ray Winstone.

Tickets go on pre-sale exclusively to fans from 9am this September 12 via Artist Ticket .

General release tickets go on sale at 9am on September 14 priced at £27.50 from The Ticket Factory: www.theticketfactory.com or 0844 338 8000.

All the booking fees from the artist ticket website pre-sale will go to Ben's charity 'Each One Teach One Trust'.
