I am not sure about you, but I have heard there is a rival between Pizza East and Pizza Express. I believe it is down to the pizzas, toppings and starters. Not sure if the whole premise of dessert is even factored in.

Anyhow, a dessert that has reared its sugary head from the Pizza Express menu is the Toffee Fudge Glory. A decadent display of caramel, toffee, ice cream and fudge pieces that take an almighty dessert spoon to shovel through.

Hopefully this doesn't put you off. The dessert is visually appealing, however one let down is that the fudge pieces are quite hard (not one for the oldies) which I did not enjoy in the slightest. Over all the ice cream and caramel sauce is a winner, along with the wafer stick that adds a final addition to the piece.

Head down to your nearest Pizza Express, located across the UK, and get on board the toffee train.
