Pincho is owned by the same company that runs Pulcinella at 36 Church Street , but there the similarity ends. This is a Tapas Bar and is run on far more informal lines. It is younger than its Italian big brother, having only opened five years ago, but is also open from breakfast time and throughout the day. It is set out on two floors and can accommodate about 85 diners, including the outside seating in the square. The upstairs can also be used for private functions.

You can start the day with a breakfast of Baked eggs with roasted peppers and tomato sauce or a Spanish omelette with onion, potato and red peppers, as well as Greek yoghurt with various toppings.

There is a tapas lunch deal consisting of 3 tapas for £12.50, 4 for £16.00 and 5 for £20.00, which is available from Monday to Friday between midday and 4.30pm. You can also choose from meat, seafood or vegetarian tapas, wraps, paellas, main courses and salads

Dinners comprise similar meat, fish and vegetarian tapas, paellas and tagines as well as main courses and salads.

Food can be washed down with wine, spirits, cocktails and sangrias as well as soft drinks.

For afternoon tea you can indulge in pastries, croissants, pain au chocolat and pain au raisin, as well as a choice of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and juices.

Pinchos is open seven days a week. If you plan to eat there during the summer months on Sundays, or on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, Church Street will be closed to traffic and tables will be laid out in the street, Mediterranean style.
