Don't Pull Wool Over Your Eyes With Knitting Classes
Knitting is making a comeback and for those who have been tempted to nestle down with some needles but don't know where to start, there's a class for you.
Pick Up Sticks is a beginners knitting class that takes place at Cherry Reds Cafe Bar in John Bright Centre, in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

The session is run by Stitches And Hos - a motley crew of knitting enthusiasts, who also love to crochet and stitch.
Sara Fowles, from Stitches And Hos, said all materials are provided along with a hot drink and a slice of cake.
Sara added: "This class is designed for those who are new to knitting or those who would like to reacquaint themselves with the basics. You will learn how to cast on (using the knit stitch method), knit stitch, purl stitch and casting off."
Pick Up Sticks costs £30 and the next classes are at Cherry Reds on March 1 and May 3.
