Taking place at Common in the Norther Quarter area of Manchester is an art workshop with a twist. Come along and enjoy an evening of art.



Who says you can't drink and paint? Well, no one actually and that's exactly what this workshop is about. PopUp Painting is an exciting event in the city where you can learn to paint over a glass of wine.

Finding something fun to do in the week can be difficult and this is the perfect mix of a creative and social activity. This workshop focuses on the work of Picasso, you will have a go at recreating one of the artists classic paintings. No experience is necessary, this is just a fun way to test your painting skills and meet new people. The artist facilitator on the night will help you have a go at painting one of Picasso's classic pieces Jeuene Fille Endormie. With all equipment provided you just need to turn up and be ready to paint. There will be help for beginners or if you are confident in your artistic skills you can attempt some freestyle painting to see if your skills can match Picasso.

This is a great night out for adults in the city. It is a fantastic way to meet new people and it makes for an exciting and unique date night or a great group activity for friends. Come along and discover the joys of alcohol and art. PopUp Painting is a great event where you can do something other than dancing badly whilst out drinking> Who knows? A glass of wine could make your paintings better.
