Pad Thai Jay is the name of one of the many noodle dishes available at Mae Ping. It is a side dish that can be used to soak up all the fabulous juices from your main course. For £5.95 you get a plate of stir-fried noodles with egg and bean sprouts, which is deep enough to satisfy a table of four. We also had a bowl of rice to go with that, so if you don't want rice, then I would recommend two portions. It is one of their simplest noodle dishes, but also one of my favourites; it doesn't need over crowding with lots of different ingredients.
