Two republicans, one liberal, and a big family reunion. Already you can see sparks fly. Unfortunately these aren't just the cause of faulty Christmas tree lights.
Other Desert Cities' dysfunctional family gets together over Christmas. This could easily be the setting for a comedy, but it is in fact a high strung political drama that first premiered off Broadway in 2011. Its success brought it to Broadway a few months later, and then made it a finalist for the 2012 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
Now at the Old Vic Theatre until the 24th May, watch as a long held family secret is threatened when Brooke decides to publish her memoir. It could destroy everything they hold dear.
Tickets to the show are between £10-£53, and it stars a small cast of five, including, Sinead Cusack, Peter Egan, Claire Higgins, Daniel Lapaine, and Martha Plimpton.
